April 24: U

U is For U

I Can't  really think of something in particular to right for the letter u. So please bear with me as I ramble on.

U. 

The hardest letter yet. I'm not sure why. It just is. I'm been thinking and thinking. Then U came up and so. Yeah. The A-Z challenge as been well. A challenge. ( i'm so sorry dear readers. I've been a little busy that is why i'm behind in posts)  This is my first year trying this challenge and I think I will do it next year. Maybe with a Life of us and saints twist on it. I don't know yet. It's in the works. 

But in the works is us. We are here to find out Gods plan. To prove that we are worthy people of his almighty kingdom. And well God wants to see us do the best we can possibly do. And that should be are daily motto to do as God wants us to do.

When ever i think of U. My mind keeps falling back to these "famous" lines:

"It's not all about U"

"Don't worry about others, Only worry about U"

We are often told not to only think about ourselves and think of others first. Wouldn't we then come across as greedy, rude, and unwanted? Who wants those titles? No one. And NO ONE DESERVES THESE TITLES. 

Do U ever put "titles" on people? We all do. See someone on the bus stop with dirty clothes, long beard and looks hungover. Well there homeless right? No. Thats just a clues that we think, that they are then homeless. How about a dude on the side walk, acting all tough, all "cool" looking? He's a rich boy right? No. We don't know his story. Just the clues that we think give it has he is rich. 

So, No one deserves titles. Unless they are Good. Even if it's in our head. We shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

                                 

April 23: T

T is for together

Together as one. One community one Lord of all.What brings us together? Church. Communion. Through ONE bread AND ONE CUP. We proclaim Gods message together and not separately. We are brought together by ONE word ONE Body and One Church.

Together we can do EVERYTHING. God Wants us to do his will. And we each are a piece to that puzzle and We all need to WORK TOGETHER to match the pieces. For Gods plan is confusing. But if we work and bring together our brain power we can figure it out. But then is it our Job to figure it out? I think god wants it a secret. A Mystery. But To figure it out we can make the world a better place.. For the puzzle is large and working together to match the piece is the best we can do.

If you scroll down you will see my "S" Post about Super hero's. And it's together that we help each other. Together is better. For we belong to the beautiful plan of God and it is our duty to belong and help others to belong; To work together. And Super hero's always have an apprentice or someone to help them. Like Batman and superman. They work together to stop crime.

April 21: S

S is For Saved!

What just happened recently? Christmas? nope. Easter? Yes indeed That, (as all of you know) And well as fast as these things took place, it has the same meaning all year long and every year. Not only by the birth of Jesus, but by the things he did for us that makes us saved. 

What comes to mind when we think of saved? A. Superhero maybe. Don't they save. They save us fro mall sorts of danger. Like Batman, or his sidekick Robin. They save people, and they help everyone. . Super hero are loved by all no matter how old, where you come from, anything. WE ALL LOVE SUPER HERO'S. Yes. Admit it, from your childhood you had one super hero that you liked. Boys or girls. Both love super hero's. No matter what. Fireman, Batman, Sponge bob, Dora, Super Man or a dude/gal from a book. We All just love one heroic person. 

Even if your not a fan of super man or the hulk or anything like that, If you are reading this you LOVE one Super hero and his name is God.  We all love God, And he loves us back. But when fail, or we are in need. Who is there? God is. For We are called to serve. Like a superhero. WE must help others and care for all. For We all are super hero's when we do according to Gods strange and secret plan. 

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,

Where there is hatred, let me sow love;

where there is injury, pardon;

where there is doubt, faith;

where there is despair, hope;

where there is darkness, light;

where there is sadness, joy;

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;

to be understood as to understand;

to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;

it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;

and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

"For Everyone 

who calls on the

 name of the Lord 

shall be saved"

April 20: R

R is for Rebirth

¹ Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. 

² He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”

³ Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”

⁴ “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”

⁵ Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 

⁶ Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. ⁷ You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ 

⁸ The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

 ⁹ “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.

¹⁰ “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things?

 ¹¹Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 

¹² I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 

¹³ No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.

 ¹⁴ Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,

¹⁵ that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”

It's spring now, and everything is coming back again. Rebirth. Coming back to life.  I'm pretty sure there will be another freeze soon and well that's holding back the rebirth of my garden. I love the spring time. All the flowers come back ; we see the grass again; the trees have buds. O, what a beautiful sight. 

But as these beautiful things have rebirths so must we, be reborn into Gods family. For we are born of flesh and bone. But until we reach the waters of baptism we are still lost and not on the path. And when we do become baptized we belong into Gods adopted family.
