ALL THIS DONE BY GOD

All this is done by God, Who through Christ changed us from enemies into friends and gave us the task of making others his friend also. Our message is that God was making all human beings his friends through Christ. God did not keep an account of their sins, and he has given us the message which tells how we make them his friends. Here we are, then, speaking for Christ, as though God himself were making his appeal through us. We Plead on Christs behalf:Let God Change you from enemies into his friends.

2 Corinthians 5: 18-20

I don't know why but this reading really spoke to me. It spoke strong and loudly to me. I was looking through the bible and this page just popped up. Then I read this and  I was JUST amazed. The Lord was speaking to me and telling me to read this reading and so I did.

I'm Still trying to figure out why he told me to read this passage; but what i do know is that there is a reason for everything and that it's all part of Gods plan. Speaking to us each of us he as our own tasks for us to follow. And the little things could help the big picture. Like the first line in this passage " ALL THIS IS DONE BY GOD"

We seek in each other the gift of God and to see others express it the best they can. We hear God message; then it's our job to preach it. We must make others friends of God. But not through pointless words, but the words that God himself tells us to speak. If we say yes we can change the world!

For we are called to call others that aren't following his plan to become his friend and to be on his plan. God won't keep count of there sin; nor of ours. But God will keep account of how we helped that person become a friend of God. God makes HIS APPEAL through us because we are the messengers of GOD.

In the Lords name, then, i warn you: do not continue to live like the heathen, whose thoughts are worthless and whose minds are in dark. They have NO PART in the life that God gives you, for they are completly ignorant and stubborn.

Our Calling; Our Response; Our Life

We all have a calling. We all have a purpose; a reason of why we are doing the things we are. Our calling to follow Jesus is none like any others; it's the calling to change our lives: to turn away from sin and follow Jesus. Jesus calls all of us differently; to do different things, to be different people.  He calls us to do things in his honor, not anyone else.

Just like the apostles getting called to be fishers of people; to show them the way to God. From the doubters they were that there were no fish, they listened to this man and threw their nets out and caught more than they need. God called them to be the ones to help him because even Jesus couldn't do his work on his own! He HAD to CALL OTHERS! and they helped him to their fullest.

Our calling is not like any ones else's calling. It's only ares. But we WILL NEED OTHERS TO HELP US fulfill the Calling. Then it's our choice to accept the calling or not. God doesn't Force it upon us what he wants us to do. He Tells us; doesn't mean we have to follow it. But if we believe in God and have faith then we should rely on God and follow his plan because it can only bring Good.

God will tell us what we need to do to fulfill his will. We can't let others tell us how we are to answer our call; how we should imply our call into our lives. It's not there calling they don't have the right. When God calls US he calls us. Others may try to break that calling; but we must stand strong and follow that calling.

Living in the moment: PART 3

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34

How often is it that we worry about tomorrow?  How often is it that we find our selves begging God to help us the next day? How often do we look at our selves and live in the moment? How Often is it that we worry about today?

Yes it is often we find our selves caught up in the distractions of tomorrow- and when we hear one thing o we worry about how that will change tomorrow. When we live to much in that day we get caught up into tomorrow. Listening to God is a BIG thing in our lives and how we live in the moment. God gives us the courage to be holy and to listen to him straight up- if we have an open mind, spirit, eyes, and heart.
Well we are that t.v that God watches and listens to. God wants to hear/watch for that day. And by living in the future we aren't letting God watch this day-today.-

When we live in the moment we live to Gods plan, we live like he did.We have enough to worry about in one day why worry about what will happen in another day? God doesn't why should we?

28 And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well

Matthew 6:28-33

"Yesterday is History, Tomorrow a Mystery, Today is a Gift, Thats why it's called the Present"

T.V

Turn the t.v on; flip through the channels, then turn it off. God does everything except turn it off. God likes to sit and watch t.v.  He sits and watches the same program everyday; but NEVER gets tired of it! He watches it when he sleeps- he watches it when he's awake- he never leaves it alone. God never stops watching t.v.  For God watches the news; he needs to know whats going on down here on earth. God flips through ALL the channels. For His favorite show is on every channel.

Gods Channel is YOU! We are the T.v that God watches. Our life is his favorite T.V show; he watches us while we sleep; he watches us while he's awake. He watches the news; our situations. God never stops watching us; we are on every channel; He watches us all day long. Simply because he loves us. God WILL NEVER REJECT US! He will NEVER forget us! He NEVER gets tired of his children! And he cares for each of us- so he watches us all day long! When the t.v show goes right he relaxes. But when God sees a not right channel; he rewires the whole thing to make that one channel better.

We live for God to watch us. Life on earth is our way into heaven. We must prove on earth that we are worthy for the heavenly kingdom. One way to do that is to love! love one another as God loves us... For he did die for us...

For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love;neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the present nor the future, neither the world above nor the world below - there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord- Romans 8: 38-39

The eyes are like a lamp for the body. If your eyes are sound, your whole body will be full of light;but if your eyes are no good, your body will be in darkness. So if the light in you is darkness, how terribly dark it will be!-Matthew 6:22-23

Vows.

If you can remember when you were in school, you can think of those times when you make a "vow" or promise with a friend. If it was a bet on a prize or if it was a promise to do things for others you most likely got each other and keeping there words by saying "Swear to God?" Then if you broke it everyone says "your going to h-e- double hockey stick!"

Nobody knows who is in the book of life and who's not. So there was really no point in saying "you're going to h-e-double hockey stick!" We  are not the ones to judge what, and where people will go.

Jesus wants us to keep our truth in any promise we make; God does... Why can't we? God promises anyone who believes in him eternal life. So if we promise something lets keep it.

"You have also heard the people were told in the past, 'Do not break your promise, but do what you have vowed to the Lord to do.' But now I tell you: do not use any oath when you make a promise . Do not swear by heaven, for it is Gods throne; nor by earth , for it is the resting place for his feet;nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great king. Do not even swear by your head, because you cannot make a single hair white or black. Just say Yes or No anything else you say comes from the evil one"
Matthew 5:33-38

Just say YES or No. When God speaks to us; and makes us a promise for our own life, we must try to accept it. For he promises eternal life at the end of this hard and cruel journey, but we should look forward to the Great things that will come at the end. God makes everyone there own promises, we must work to the very last minute of that promise. One simple thing God Says during the bumpy times he will give us a while rest-but not a long rest that we will become lazy at let other things in our way- just a perfect rest. Nothing is perfect-except for God- But we MUST try and be perfect like our heavenly father is perfect.

God first ever Promise was never to flood the earth; so he put a beautiful rainbow in the sky. Every time we see a rainbow we should think of the promise God gave us. For it should not only remind us of that one promise; but all promises God makes for us!

Our Father in heaven: may your holy name be honored; may your Kingdom come; may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need. Forgive us the wrongs we have done, as we forgive the wrongs that others have done to us. Do not bring us to hard testing, but keep us safe from the Evil One.
Matthew 5: 9-13

The Happy Times :)

What a Day! As I was very worried this morning about going back to school, it was a pretty good day. I woke up this morning in none stop praying to God to help me through this day and not surprisely  he did! God was good! God was there and comforted me all day long! From the dead me i was this morning not wanting to go back; God helped me through the day.

We all have techniques that help us calm, mine is well one praying, Going and doing the retreat at: Loyal Press  and reading blog posts. The Lord as blessed all of us and will watch over all of his children. The Lord Answers all our prayers and he always as time for YOU!

Happy are those who know they are spiritually poor;the kingdom of Heaven belongs to them!
Happy are those who mourn; God will comfort them!
Happy are those who are humble;they will receive what God has promised!
Happy are those who greatest desire is to do what God requires; God will satisfy them fully!
Happy are those who are merciful to others;God will be merciful to them!

Happy are the pure in heart ; they will see God!

Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires; The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to them!

"Ask , and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks will receive, and anyone who seeks will find, and the door will be opened to those who knock"

Sad times :(

Well today I go back to school. And as much as I just don't wanna go I thank God for the chance to have education. Will others in the world are begging to go; and don't have the opportunity. And unlike me not wanting to go back; and have the opportunity. But now I don't look at the "small picture" of each Grade and this and that about it.... I just think of the "Big Picture" for becoming a priest. But i also have to live in the moment and learn to make a strong base for the "Big Picture"... Well i'm off to what I am trying to Thank God for! Please Pray for me as I go back! Also have an GREAT WEEK!

Cooking!

Today I cooked for my family. I simply did it because I love them and am thankful for them. My family does so much for me. So, the least I could do is make them a good dinner. I used a gift God gave me. God gives us gifts and well, we have to use them. We can't just put them aside; we MUST use them. We can must use them to help others and to praise God :)

Today, for supper I made some chicken. (It's the thighs and drumsticks attached.) I rubbed it with a dry spice paste - my secret - ( spices with oil).  I also made some mashed potatoes and some vegetables.  They all enjoyed it!

I really don't know what I would do without family! They are always there and care for me. I Love My Family!!! Thank you God for such a great family!!!

As much as they help me; I try to help them. Yes, it might be hard but I still try. We are all on the journey that God has for us and we all praise him for what he does for us. Ultimately, God is the one who is always there; who gave us our families.

May God bless us and our families! May he protect us and help us in our daily lives! Let's thank him for giving us the help and comfort our family gives us!

Candles

The sweet scent of the candle burning, giving that lavender smell to fill the air; to give relaxation. The Candle is a simple, but beautiful item! It burns the wax; not to fast, but not to slow! We often use the candle at Easter to show that the light of Christ as come into the World!   The Great symbol of the Candle is just Beautiful!

Where do we find candles in our lives:

  • By the Altar at Church
  • By the Tabernacle
  • The Advent wreath
  • Easter
  • On your kitchen Table
  • On a religious table
  • At a Vigil
  • At adoration

We use candles for many reasons; if it's for respect for the Lord or if it's to relax, or even to get a bad smell out of the air.

  •  At the most obvious point we use the candle to Guide us on our journey waiting for Jesus to come into our hearts on Christmas. The time is to make our path straight and we use the story of the candles to make it straight.

  •  At the Tabernacle to show that Christ is present; the candle is usually is a red glass jar. But when we see the candle lit is when we Respect that area even more; we go and pray, because we know that God is THERE!

  • At a Vigil or on your religious table; that our prayer might be brought to God - or we light that candle in remembrance of a person. Sometimes if you go to a blue mass they have candles to give out for the person that passed away in that year, to remember them.

  • On your kitchen table either for a anniversary dinner or to lighten the air with a sweetness: or just for decoration. The Sweet smell rises and calms all who pass.

  • At baptism; after the child is baptized the child receives the light of Christ for  the first time! That light is to be kept burning brightly in the child's heart, that they might grow and live in the love of God!
