Google

Everyone uses Google. Either a lot or not,  but we all use Google. Google has EVERYTHING. Google has almost Everything. But i'm sure for people that have essay or research to do, Google has it. Google does have A LOT of stuff. (especially Life of Us and Saints) But the one thing Google doesn't have is you. It doesn't define you. Yes, Babyname.com or Urban dictionary may have Your name on it, but it doesn't define you. 

God sent us onto earth for this reason. To create who we are. For us to discover if we are worthy of the kingdom of God, To create our selves.  We must have faith in God, because God sent us to create our selves and he will help us. 

There are a lot of things that we create. And for many it's excuses. We find excuses for everything.We find excuses for not cleaning the house, for not helping others, for not going to talk with someone, for not going to a meeting or not doing something someone wants us to. We all find excuses. And

 Excuses will not get us out in creating  our selves. It is our mission on earth, to create our selves and to prepare our selves for Gods kingdom. We Need to go to his tables. To listen to the Word, and eat and drink his body and blood, and pray to God for direction and truth. Then creating our selves will be a lot easier.


God didn't make an excuse not to create you. So i think we can not make an excuse to create our selves 

Canada Day!

      Today, I know, me and all Canadians are celebrating one of the best days of the year, for the best country.  I mean, whats not to love about Canada eh? God has given us this country this land to continue life and to grow is his spirit and love. And it's the way we treat it that decides if it will last or not. Here is the Canadian Anthem

Here are 15 reasons why I LOVE Canada:

3. We have a lot of sight seeing 

4.We make the BEST Maple Syrup 

5. We are not forced to do anything

6. We are a proud country

14. We have a city (winnipeg) that is the Slurpee Capital of the World

Symbol

     The main symbol of OUR faith. The one sign which we can recognize any Christian if they wear this. Firstly used by Romans; then adopted by Christians as our main symbol. He carried it. He Died on it. He  defeat the devil on it. He Saved us on it. Have you guessed what it is? Yes a Cross.

John The Baptist

    Today, I am sure that you all know is The Nativity of John The Baptist. The great preacher who prepared us for the Lord. What do you think life back then would be like without John? Do you think Jesus would have been recognized  he same as without John preaching to the people? We see the John becomes a more important person through out the ages. Especially right now.


     We can now prepare our selves more for Christmas, when we hear the Words of St. John the Baptist saying, " Make roads straight and hills flattened. He is greater than I, I am not even worthy to untie his sandal." These words bring us closer to God, and help us realize that it's not that much longer until Christmas.


      Today we come we celebrate the "first" Christmas or "Johnmas". We listen to the naming of the child. And because  Zacharius  did not want to believe in God he was mute; unable to talk. But how strange it would have been to get the fathers approval for a different name for his son, than his own. But then we see that by, John naming HIS child John - the name given by God- he was able to speak again because he listened to God. ( See how weird, but smart God is... He does things to us until we believe in him)


      I spent most of my day and my Grandmas and Grandpas. My Grandma of course was so happy to see me, and I was Most happy to see her. And Her favorite line is," Are you hungry" It's always Good to hear that line.  :)  She is always ready there to feed anyone, and always as food. I thank God for a Great Grandma like Mine :D

Garden of Eden 

    Then my Grandpa, likes to show me his garden, and likes to tell me how well everything is growing. It is beautiful I must mention. But fundamentally it's about the growth of the plants and if the produce the best of the food there is. My Grandpa, is proud of his garden, he always will show it off any chance he gets. :p  He puts so much effort into it, and  gives thanks to God for a bountiful harvest.


      Lets look at John. He's like a Garden. Growing. Full of different vegetables, here and there. And He's different. Like ever Garden. His name was not his Fathers. And so there was a confusion of families and who did he belong to. John grows up and produces the fruit of Jesus.The Word of Jesus. And so we rejoice in the greatness of the difference between gardens and people.


We must grow also. We must grow in the love and peace that God gives us. He is the branches we are the fruit. We are names by God before we are born. Before any word shall leave our lip, God has thought of it at least a thousand times. God named us, and we grow in the Goodness of God. We are set straight by John, and shall live with John and produce the best of fruit for Jesus in his name.

Locked

       
               Trying to get into your locker. And forgetting your combination and your locked out. Have you ever locked your self out of your house? And had to wait for someone else to come home? Your locked. Your held in the same postition  until someone comes. Just like in chess when it's  a stalemate. Theres nothing you can do. Your locked.  Your back at the begining where you can't move your king.

       The only place we do want to be locked from is the gates of hell. I am 100% sure if you are reading this you would not want to go to hell. And the only place we don't want to get locked from is Heaven.

            I am sure everyone: everyone has had to keep a secret and could NEVER tell anyone that indeed. You had to "lock" it away. Deep inside you and forget about it.

 But when it comes to God, God locks nothing. He makes everything that we need available to us. God locks nothing. God brings us everything we need to do HIS plan. It's how he works. Just like parents say," BECAUSE I SAID SO" And with God, it's because his mind crossed it, his mouth spoke it, and now it's up to us to fulfill it.

We ALWAYS lock things up, our shed, our house,or bikes, our computer screens, lockers. And when something is locked there is always that one person who will come and try to figure out how to get past the lock.

So then there's another advantage to Gods not locking ANYTHING. He doesn't have people trying to sneak in. Well God know everything and thinks everything you think before you think it. God opens and closes doors and windows Everyday, he will open them again, if he doesn't see we like them this day, but later we may. These are never locked, so WE CAN GO BACK.

May God, the Almighty father be with you and may he NEVER LOCK ANYTHING. We may lock things on earth, but god will never lock us. He opens new things, and will always remember our combination. He is always home, and always gone. He is there and he is here. He lives in us and in others and is NEVER LOCKED.

Corpus Christi

I'm not really sure if there is any other time where I find More holiness in the Holy Body and Blood of Christ, than this weekend. The weekend of CORPUS CHRISTI (and no, not the country)


For today is the Feast of the recognition of the Holy Body and Blood of Christ which came from the Last supper.

I know in a lot of countries (including Rome) there are Big Processions with the Host in a Monstrance.  Monstrance came from the Medieval time's usually to show relics. But The Roman Catholics adopted it and named it a Monstrance which come from the Latin word monstrare which means "to show." And it does just that. it shows us the Body of Jesus Christ.

  Today we come an find Our lord Jesus in several places. The great words from the last supper and table of where we receive the The Body and Blood of Christ. But as the Holy Father Pope Benedict said that to have a Good Spiritual life we MUST take part in the Eucharist of the Mass and Adoration. The Holy Father States "it is wrong to oppose [Eucharistic] celebration and adoration, as if they were in competition with each other." (words of Pope come from: Here)

If you do think about it we do already adore the Blessed Host after the priest blesses it. Then we adore it;believe it is Jesus then we bow. 

The bread and the wine are brought to us, fruit of the vine; made of human hands. Ready for a sacrafice to Jesus for his ultimate Sacrifice for us. 

May we look upon the Host is greatness and see the true lord Jesus Christ in it. Amen

And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

Revelation 5:13

Prayer.

My Father in Heaven, Come and let your spirit be know. Let me feel your Holy Spirit; Ready to do your work.  Send the Spirit to me with the calmness of the wind and by the warmth of the sun. Let Your light shine to all those who are in Darkness. Come to me in the Darkness and prove to all that you are MORE POWERFUL THAN THE DARKNESS.

Lord, Guide me today. Guide me to do your will. Like the water reflects nature. and nature shows off your beauty, and the beauty show You. May I be like the water that reflects the trees and the sky and the clouds let me be that perfect image of you and your will. May not even the biggest wave destroy the perfect Image of you.

Let Your will be Done!

May I come to know you more and more o heavenly, Father by doing your will. For i Strive to do your will now and always. Be with me and I ask you send your spirit among me.  That all my works are led my the spirit to follow you; to make your plan be as you planned it to be.

What I learned today...

It's been a FAST month and a FAST YEAR! Tell me about! the Time Flys so fast..... Speaking of Coming up fast are my exams! I'm sorry again my fellow bloggers for lack in posts as I am Preparing for my Exams..... I ask for your prayers as they are coming in 2 weeks!

This past Sunday we received The holy spirit as Jesus ascended into heaven. We have been sent with the power of Gods Gold Spirit to preach the gospel to all lands. Jesus sent us (his apostles) to go and preach. We are to follow his Law through the spirit. The Spirit Comes and shows Us his almighty will.

Today in Religion as we are working away, someone asks me," Michael, What doe sit men when Jesus says 'The Hour as come when  the Son of Man shall be glorified'?  I  started off with repeating what they asked without looking at the bible and then I said, " When Jesus was crucified, and at first many people were making fun of him for not coming down from the cross. But when Jesus Finally gave up his spirit when he knew everything was complete, there was a Earthquake and the curtain in the temple split. And at that moment is when Everyone believed that Jesus was really the Son of Man Because they didn't see it happen everyday an earthquake and the temple curtain splitting when they crucify somebody"  And then they understood it. 

Also,  In religion, what did I learn? I learned about Death and Different places in the Bible that talk about Death. And one of the places That was on My paper was : Revelation 21:6-8. We had to write a sentence or two on how we would explain these stories to a Non christian. So from Revelation 21:6-8 it says:

⁶ And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. ⁷ He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. ⁸ But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Revelation 21:6-8

And I'm not sure why, But this stuck out to me.  He his the Alpha and the Omega: Beginning and End. He is the fountain of Holiness. And He will make our enemies burn in there second death because they did not believe.  Faith In Jesus will allow us to be Resurrected on  the last day; the Day of Life. A lot of stories in the bible explain this like in John 6:51-59 and 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18. 

We are to inherit things in the heavenly kingdom. The Single grain the drops into the soil, the bread of Life, Our Home.  Jesus as gone to prepare a place for us. When he knows us completely; he will call us to eternal life. But if we however, Don't do his will and don't let him know us  we will burn in the lake of Fire.

We are all God's adopted children through Baptism and Confirmation. We Belong to his family. He is our guide, our life wanting to know us. He wants to be the beginning of our life and the ending of our life. By The Holy Spirit, The tongues of Fire we Are Called to be his disciples and to preach to the non-Christians. We are called to pray for one another, we are called to serve God. God is always with us, even though we walk the rocky grounds of trouble/stress/ pain he will help us through it all the way.

It's been an amazing year HERE at Life Of Us and SAints. I ABSOULOUTLY LOVE MY DESICION TO START A BLOG. I saw a few blogs and then I decided to Start one my self. It's so GREAT. O, I'm So happy that MY BLOG IS STILL AROUND. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 


I've loved blogging. Through this past year. God has influenced me ALOT Through this past year to write and share his message. It feels like Yesterday when I was sitting at my computer trying to think of a name for this blog. The Original name was saints of saints. Then a week later my brain though of " Life of us and Saints" And thus this blog was born.

I've participated in A few challenges,blog hops, and such things over this year and look forward to continue to do so. I've had fun. This As Been a Great Experience, Following GREAT blogs and learning ALOT from A) Other Blogs and B) for writing. You know that expression you learn more when you teach it" Well i learned alot from writing it.
