Another Monday.

Another week it among us. Holding secrets that may answer some of our deepest questions. Today is the day that we are now to start and reflect about the time of Lent and the mysteries it holds. For on Wednesday we are marked with ashes as a sign of dignity and Love of Gods family. We are to live now and foreword what we have promised to either give up or do less of. We must continue and make a plan of how to stop or use less in our lives. Our lives will become stronger and healthier every lent if we keep up the Good habits and have them destroy our Bad ones. We live our lives. according to thy word of the Lord Jesus Christ of who takes away everything bad when he is crucified and resurrected. HE IS STRONGER THAN DEATH!

This time may the lord take away our hearts of stone and sin. And Plant the new seeds of Life ever lasting that will last forever in our hearts as long as we follow Gods word forever.

Surroundings

The house is burning. For it is burning bad, but we only see what we want. We do not see that our own house is on fire. We only see the things that belong to the rest of the picture; whats normal, not whats different from the normal. Are we to trapped in reality? Are we truly seeing what God wants us to see? Are these the eyes God gave us to see? Are we only looking at our own part of the house and not of whats on fire?

Look at all this technology that comes out! IPod touch, I Phone, IPad, and other things making society different. Soon enough we will be in the times where robots rule and we will become lazy as the robots do all the work like those in the movies. Then they turn on us and destroy us all. O Look a new I Pad gotta have it! O new Phone: gotta have it. O New MP3: Gotta have it. O Look at the robot: gotta have it. Look how caught up we get in society, and not seeing what God wants us to see.

Now you can get all sorts of things. Soon enough there will nothing called a Book. They will all be computerized and they will be gone from society. Whatever happened to sitting down and reading a Good book? O yeah it turned into sitting down pressing a button and having it read to you.

Human nature just brings us to the part where we get caught up with all this technology and the house is on fire. God is trying to call us, to send us a message. No not through some smart phone 4 or anything but through Prayer. Through prayer we can stay connected to God and what he wants our eyes to see.

2 Kings 6:17
"And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha."

Matthew 6:22-23
"The light of the body is the eye: if therefore the eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if the eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in the darkness, how great is that darkness!"

Lent

It's Lent again! the time when the cross is covered and the font is emptied. And it's our time to wait for the Resurrection of the Lord. We  wait for the more sorrow. Holy Week. The 40 days is the time to reflect on Jesus' miracles and his saving power. We build our selves, we build our faith more in believing in the Bread of life. It is Gods plan that we will quickly turn from followers to non-followers shouting crucify him back to followers. We May not shout 'CRUCIFY HIM' but by sinning and doing wrong his a way that we are going against what He ultimately wants.

God doesn't ask for a lot but he asks that we be loyal to his teaching and to give our lives to him and let him work through us. It is during this time that we deepen our believe and lives with God through: Prayer, fasting and Alms-giving.

The prayer he taught us is not filled with the useless words that the hypocrites use but filled with life giving words. When we fast we must look normal and not act and spread that we are fasting like the hypocrites do. And When we Give alms, we should not make a big deal out of it because everyone does it and it is between us and God. Like Prayer, and fasting it's between us and God. Not the world, not our families but God.

It is by the end though the waters of baptism that we know God and share our life with him. Our life is Gone and the new life with Jesus starts once we re-knew and/or get baptized. Through Confirmation we receive the spirit and live in him, and are anointed with the power of Jesus. And the "Amen" we say when we receive the body of Christ is the best thing we could do. For through the meaningful AMEN we are welcomed into the kingdom of God.

"For The Son of Man is going to come in the glory of his Father with the Holy Angels and then he will repay each man according to his works" Matthew 16:27

Let the ashes wipe away our sin and let us start our new relationship with God that is STRONGER and HEALTHIER.

We Must push to move on.

I'm very glad that this week is a short one. I'm also glade that this week will soon be over. This wasn't the best of my weeks and days. Finding Jesus in all places was a challenge this week. Even though I can't find him I know He's there waiting for me to find him and talk to him. Cause  I know that God will listen to anything I say.But what kept me going was this ->
I know I've posted it a lot but this is the #1 picture i remember clearly.

Just looking back I had always been talking to God about my sufferings and what was bothering me; then all of a sudden Gods message came to me. My family as a pale of these pink slips ( no not the ones of getting fired) but they are messages from God on them, and each day we try to pick one out. For the this week I've been getting "Will you listen closely when my suffering is proclaimed?" Then yesterday it hit me. That God want me to stop worrying about my sufferings and to listen to his powerful and life giving suffering. So i went and i read his suffering, From carrying the cross to dying. And reading the cross I remembered the reading that Jesus teaches us that is we want to follow him we must pcik up our cross and follow him.

The Eucharist. The simplest food they had was bread, and the simplest drink they had was wine, and it is through the simplest food that our faith began, from that night that Jesus Blessed it and gave it to his disciples.  Amen. " I believe" We Don't only say this to acknowledge that this is God, But to acknowledge  that night, that he changed the simple wine and bread into him. " I am the Bread of life; who ever believes in me shall have eternal life." For we also acknowledge that he died for us, he suffered more than us, so that we might live and have life everlasting.

The Armor of God

10
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Stay awake and be ready! For we do not know when the lord comes. We Also do not know when the devil will come and try to snatch you from God. But then we hear Paul talk to us and telling us to always where that armor that God as set forth for us. It's our choice to wear it; it's our choice to reject us.

The belt of truth around our waist, Righteousness as the breastplate, Readiness of the Gospel of Peace fitted on our feet, and the shield of Faith, The helmet of salvation, and the sword of the HOLY SPIRIT; The word of God. This All comes to make our full suit of armor that we need to stand firm on our feet and be loyal to God.

The evil one will try all in his power to have people worship him, for he was an archangel but in his heart was not happy and turned evil.

For what Paul is telling us now, is that the battles of flesh and bone are nothing compared to what the evil one will bring. This will be the ultimate test of strength and loyalty.

God help me to put on the FULL armor of your Loyalty! Please help me through temptation, and the time of the evil one. Help me to stand strong with you and for you. And Mary intercede for us; Help us freely to put on the FULL armor of God.

AMEN

ALL THIS DONE BY GOD

All this is done by God, Who through Christ changed us from enemies into friends and gave us the task of making others his friend also. Our message is that God was making all human beings his friends through Christ. God did not keep an account of their sins, and he has given us the message which tells how we make them his friends. Here we are, then, speaking for Christ, as though God himself were making his appeal through us. We Plead on Christs behalf:Let God Change you from enemies into his friends.

2 Corinthians 5: 18-20

I don't know why but this reading really spoke to me. It spoke strong and loudly to me. I was looking through the bible and this page just popped up. Then I read this and  I was JUST amazed. The Lord was speaking to me and telling me to read this reading and so I did.

I'm Still trying to figure out why he told me to read this passage; but what i do know is that there is a reason for everything and that it's all part of Gods plan. Speaking to us each of us he as our own tasks for us to follow. And the little things could help the big picture. Like the first line in this passage " ALL THIS IS DONE BY GOD"

We seek in each other the gift of God and to see others express it the best they can. We hear God message; then it's our job to preach it. We must make others friends of God. But not through pointless words, but the words that God himself tells us to speak. If we say yes we can change the world!

For we are called to call others that aren't following his plan to become his friend and to be on his plan. God won't keep count of there sin; nor of ours. But God will keep account of how we helped that person become a friend of God. God makes HIS APPEAL through us because we are the messengers of GOD.

In the Lords name, then, i warn you: do not continue to live like the heathen, whose thoughts are worthless and whose minds are in dark. They have NO PART in the life that God gives you, for they are completly ignorant and stubborn.

Our Calling; Our Response; Our Life

We all have a calling. We all have a purpose; a reason of why we are doing the things we are. Our calling to follow Jesus is none like any others; it's the calling to change our lives: to turn away from sin and follow Jesus. Jesus calls all of us differently; to do different things, to be different people.  He calls us to do things in his honor, not anyone else.

Just like the apostles getting called to be fishers of people; to show them the way to God. From the doubters they were that there were no fish, they listened to this man and threw their nets out and caught more than they need. God called them to be the ones to help him because even Jesus couldn't do his work on his own! He HAD to CALL OTHERS! and they helped him to their fullest.

Our calling is not like any ones else's calling. It's only ares. But we WILL NEED OTHERS TO HELP US fulfill the Calling. Then it's our choice to accept the calling or not. God doesn't Force it upon us what he wants us to do. He Tells us; doesn't mean we have to follow it. But if we believe in God and have faith then we should rely on God and follow his plan because it can only bring Good.

God will tell us what we need to do to fulfill his will. We can't let others tell us how we are to answer our call; how we should imply our call into our lives. It's not there calling they don't have the right. When God calls US he calls us. Others may try to break that calling; but we must stand strong and follow that calling.

Living in the moment: PART 3

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34

How often is it that we worry about tomorrow?  How often is it that we find our selves begging God to help us the next day? How often do we look at our selves and live in the moment? How Often is it that we worry about today?

Yes it is often we find our selves caught up in the distractions of tomorrow- and when we hear one thing o we worry about how that will change tomorrow. When we live to much in that day we get caught up into tomorrow. Listening to God is a BIG thing in our lives and how we live in the moment. God gives us the courage to be holy and to listen to him straight up- if we have an open mind, spirit, eyes, and heart.
Well we are that t.v that God watches and listens to. God wants to hear/watch for that day. And by living in the future we aren't letting God watch this day-today.-

When we live in the moment we live to Gods plan, we live like he did.We have enough to worry about in one day why worry about what will happen in another day? God doesn't why should we?

28 And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well

Matthew 6:28-33

"Yesterday is History, Tomorrow a Mystery, Today is a Gift, Thats why it's called the Present"

T.V

Turn the t.v on; flip through the channels, then turn it off. God does everything except turn it off. God likes to sit and watch t.v.  He sits and watches the same program everyday; but NEVER gets tired of it! He watches it when he sleeps- he watches it when he's awake- he never leaves it alone. God never stops watching t.v.  For God watches the news; he needs to know whats going on down here on earth. God flips through ALL the channels. For His favorite show is on every channel.

Gods Channel is YOU! We are the T.v that God watches. Our life is his favorite T.V show; he watches us while we sleep; he watches us while he's awake. He watches the news; our situations. God never stops watching us; we are on every channel; He watches us all day long. Simply because he loves us. God WILL NEVER REJECT US! He will NEVER forget us! He NEVER gets tired of his children! And he cares for each of us- so he watches us all day long! When the t.v show goes right he relaxes. But when God sees a not right channel; he rewires the whole thing to make that one channel better.

We live for God to watch us. Life on earth is our way into heaven. We must prove on earth that we are worthy for the heavenly kingdom. One way to do that is to love! love one another as God loves us... For he did die for us...

For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love;neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the present nor the future, neither the world above nor the world below - there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord- Romans 8: 38-39

The eyes are like a lamp for the body. If your eyes are sound, your whole body will be full of light;but if your eyes are no good, your body will be in darkness. So if the light in you is darkness, how terribly dark it will be!-Matthew 6:22-23

Vows.

If you can remember when you were in school, you can think of those times when you make a "vow" or promise with a friend. If it was a bet on a prize or if it was a promise to do things for others you most likely got each other and keeping there words by saying "Swear to God?" Then if you broke it everyone says "your going to h-e- double hockey stick!"

Nobody knows who is in the book of life and who's not. So there was really no point in saying "you're going to h-e-double hockey stick!" We  are not the ones to judge what, and where people will go.

Jesus wants us to keep our truth in any promise we make; God does... Why can't we? God promises anyone who believes in him eternal life. So if we promise something lets keep it.

"You have also heard the people were told in the past, 'Do not break your promise, but do what you have vowed to the Lord to do.' But now I tell you: do not use any oath when you make a promise . Do not swear by heaven, for it is Gods throne; nor by earth , for it is the resting place for his feet;nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great king. Do not even swear by your head, because you cannot make a single hair white or black. Just say Yes or No anything else you say comes from the evil one"
Matthew 5:33-38

Just say YES or No. When God speaks to us; and makes us a promise for our own life, we must try to accept it. For he promises eternal life at the end of this hard and cruel journey, but we should look forward to the Great things that will come at the end. God makes everyone there own promises, we must work to the very last minute of that promise. One simple thing God Says during the bumpy times he will give us a while rest-but not a long rest that we will become lazy at let other things in our way- just a perfect rest. Nothing is perfect-except for God- But we MUST try and be perfect like our heavenly father is perfect.

God first ever Promise was never to flood the earth; so he put a beautiful rainbow in the sky. Every time we see a rainbow we should think of the promise God gave us. For it should not only remind us of that one promise; but all promises God makes for us!

Our Father in heaven: may your holy name be honored; may your Kingdom come; may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need. Forgive us the wrongs we have done, as we forgive the wrongs that others have done to us. Do not bring us to hard testing, but keep us safe from the Evil One.
Matthew 5: 9-13
