Faith is strength

Our faith is our strength. For we believe in the Father almighty and the creator of heaven and earth. For it is by our faith we are saved.... By the love of God we are rescued from our sins and eternal death. But that is only if we have faith and worship and thank our God for everything we have..... We are saved by, our faith and we are rescued  with love with the holy spirit.

If we have faith in God, we can get anything we want ( in reason) of course. The lord will bless us and help us through  and grant our prayer... but always remember to thank God, for answering your prayer.

Our faith is our foundation, which can not be destroyed by the devil or any thing that comes our way, if we have strong faith and love in him, the almighty father...... our faith is the foundation where we will build our own church, our own peace, our own love....

We might be knocked down from our feet, but we can always come back up with the strength god offers us..We are alive in the spirit,we are alive in God,we are alive with God,because God is with us forever. We have more strength then anyone on earth if God is in our lives and if God is with us and we respect God for who he is....

Jesus said to him " Get up and go; your faith as made you well"- Luke 17:19

It is our true faith, our true love for God that will make us well our true faith that will make us stronger. We are rescued by our faith and nothing can destroy us, not the devil, not our sins, not any other religion. Those seeds will grow, and nourish, and bear the best fruit that we can offer, and on the last day we will offer God our best fruit and tell him that we have lived the best we can to our best ability, and that we love him, because in the final day God will not look at our sins, what clothes we wore, what friends we had, but how we lived the one life he gave us, we should not waste it on being bad because we only live once, and there is no reason to waste it....

Our faith is our life, if we have faith, we have life. If we have life we have faith.

WHAT HAPPENS IN HEAVEN WHEN WE PRAY?

A man dreamt he went to Heaven and an angel was showing him around. They walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels. The angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions sent to God in prayer are received."

The man looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world.

Then they moved on down a long corridor until they reached the second section.

The angel then said, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them." The man noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor they stopped at the door of a very small station. To the man's great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section, the angel quietly admitted. He seemed embarrassed. "How is it there is no work going on here?" asked the man.

"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments."

"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" he asked.

"Simple," the angel answered. Just say, "Thank you, Lord."

"What blessings should we acknowledge?" the man again asked.

The angel replied:
  • "If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world.
  • If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
  • If you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity.
  • If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day.
  • If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 700 million people in the world.
  • If you can attend a church, synagogue, temple or other religious service without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death, you are envied by, and more blessed than, three billion people in the world.
  • If your parents are still alive and still married, you are very rare.
  • If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique to all those in doubt and despair.

Okay, what now? How do we start?

First, count your blessings........

In me I trust

September 11, 2011

My heart goes out to all of those who were afflicted by the lose of someone who died on 9/11. May you find comfort and peace in God and remember the good things with that family member or friend.

God the almighty father, you are holy and answer our prayers. You have blessed us all, but today on September 11, we ask you to send your greatest blessing, and comfort to those who were afflicted by the attacks of  the two world trade centres. May you keep close to your heart those who have died by the attack and those families who are still suffering pain off the loss of husband, wife, dad, mom, child, uncle, aunt, friend or grandma/grandpa . Father of heaven and earth, out pour your holy spirit to those who suffer a pain from the loss and bring them to eternal peace, and give us life everlasting, through Christ our lord.

AMEN

Living in the moment part 2

There once was a man driving is brand new 2012 car. He was driving in a parking lot, looked to see if kids were going to run in his way  but there was none.  when he was passing by some cars he looked and thought was clear... A brick was thrown at his car... The man drove to the nearest spot and went to the kid that threw the brick. The man screams " Why the heck did you throw a brick at my brand new car, the costs to fix it will be millions?!?" the boy replies " sorry, sir I have been trying to get some one to stop and help me with  My brother who fell out of his wheel chair and his too heavy for me to pick up that is why I threw the brick" The man now sobbing  went  and helped the kid get his brother back into the wheel chair. The boy says" thank you sir and sorry for the damage"  The man kept the big obvious dent in his car to remind him  about the boy.

When God sees us getting to caught up in earthly things he will "throw a brick" at us, to get us living back in the moment and not to be worried about things on earth too much. God doesn't want us to have to much stress so he will send us a brick in our life to slow us down. One day at a time. He will only give us our daily bread, no more none to go t waste none to be left for tomorrow, only  a certain amount of stress is allowed in one day.....

May we not be caught up in earthly things and concentrate on things god wants us to and not worry about the future. AMEN

Living in the moment

Do you ever find your self worried about things to come, getting nervous over the future and not living in the moment?

Today I start school and like most kids frightened and sad that my summer life has come to an end, and back to my daily routine....Everything that is new, you never know what will happen and what will come your way.....

Getting caught up in thinking of the future is very bad, then you can't live in the moment completely, You can't live every moment to the fullest... You can't enjoy the moment with your family and friends....

My Favourite person in The New Testament...  Peter. Ahhh how i love the  doubter to the  denier to the  head of the church. I find great inspiration from Peter, he had the love to follow Christ, and to know it was him by a catch of fish after a long night of nothing...

Peter lived in the moment, he always listened to the lord, he always loved the lord even though he betrayed him. He was always faithful and from the sinful man he proclaimed he was, turned into the great king on earth...

Jesus the king, told us while still on earth that indeed not to worry about the future, he has givin' us enough to handle in one day. So i tell you not to worry about the future or past because God is with You.

We find our selves upset of the future, upset of the past, but we have to live in the moment. God wants us to live in the moment, to live like him. We need to love and live, to hope and  have faith, to live and to believe that God is lord and he will help us through ruff times...

When tough things come my way, or that may come your way, don't look as if you can't get over it, because God wouldn't put you through anything you can't handle,  it might be really hard but he wouldn't send us through times we can't handle... You might think, when someone dies by some tragic way, or some rough way, you will think that you couldn't go through that and wouldn't be able to get through it alone... the you realize that  it never happened, because God knows you couldn't handle it....

May God help us through whatever it might be that may be bothering us or making us sad and bring us back to normal, and be like Peter and live in the moment in his love and peace and grow with him forever and ever Amen!

Labour Day

So on this Labour day in Canada, all the stores are closed, no ones working, family time. And a time to relax just before i head back to school.

So with nothing to do today-besides watching the most beautiful home made apple pies cool down- That is one thing I already did  today is spend time with family.... Making apple pie is easy and fun, brings back a lot of memories.....

This weekends Gospel was Not about your enemies. Jesus is now talking about your own brother and/or your own sister, after calling the Pharisees hypocrites and teaching about your enemies, he is now talking about your own beloved.

If your brother or sister sins against you, talk to him or her by yourself and if he or her listens you have won him/her over.  If not  get some friends for witness and talk and if he/she will not listen take her to the church and if she will not listen to the church you have received your award for trying, I tell you they will get there reward..

But the part I love the most, the "Gold" of this story:

If two or more are gathered in my name I am there.

I just love hearing that while I am at church, because it just shows  how much more church is and what church is suppose to be. I don't think Jesus just means with in the church.  Jesus is always there, because if you are gathered with a catholic family, God is there, we all believe in one God, one spirit, and there god will be.

May God be with us all and bless us all and bring us into the eternal life, and may he always be with us amen!

Bible

The greatest thing ever made. The holy bible. The Old Testament to the New Testament. The hard to understand, The Old Testament, preparing for Jesus and all the prophets that came before him. Then the New Testament, The four Gospels, the life after Jesus, the Revelation........

The bible is the centre of our religion... If  all the stories pasted down didn't come together I wouldn't be writing, I don't know if I could live, i would have nothing to follow.....

The bible, made of stories passed on to generation. Like really do you think the disciples  had a piece of paper and feather pen to write everything down???? no it was just stories past down.... God gave us a world, he sent prophets, and kings, weaklings and powerful, me and you, and we all have a mission to make this world a better place with our faith and culture.

As part of God sending us to earth, with our own mission, we must use our own talents and not to be  like someone else and use your own talents to help others, or make them to great use.  You always just got to be your self and use your own talents, for the reason God gave them to you....

We are all called to use our own talents for good.... sadly many people use them for bad. With our faith a of preaching of the gospel we can bring it to the state God wants us.

Sadly, now in days there aren't many priests around.... Sadly... as you know about me I do wish to become a priest,  I have a strong feeling God is calling me to become a priest..... I know  where I live four parish will not have a priest this year :(

But i pray for all those who find inspiration through the bible to become a priest.  May we all find some inspiration in the bible for the plan God has for us and may we grow always stronger in his love and mercy.

Summer done, back to school :'(

Now that my official two months off of school is done, it is time to get back into that school mode....Sadly....
School starts  next week  very very sadly..... I gotta say the time I got off was pretty cool, kinda boring. You don't really have to go some where to have fun. I was stayed in my home town, blogging, going to church and going  to the Zoo and other places.....

Summer is the best time to spend time with your family, after a long year with work and what not you can just sit and be with your family and enjoy supper together at last.God can create miracles during summer and when you are starting somewhere new... When you are nervous about a new job or going back to school.... Pray to God, that he will help you, and he will....

next week I am off back to school... with homework, homework and more homework...... Less time blogging, less time playing video games, getting back into the every morning schedules, getting back to my after school time. Making adjustments to whatever is new....Getting back to giving the teacher an apple everyday, getting back to listening in school... :P

I ask God to bless and help everyone that is going back to school this month and that are back, that he might help them have a great year full of happiness and joy and to be safe with love in Gods spirit Amen
