April 6: F

F is For Friday

Any other Friday this would be the best day of the week. But Now we come to close Jesus Life on earth. We today recognize the death of the Lord and him who will come in 3 days. Let us  acknowledged him dying, his death, and his rising to new life. As so will we by Answering I do To our baptismal Promises. 

Even though we are Sinners and we crucified him, and nailed him. Jesus Cries out Father forgive them for they do not now what they do.  For we do not. We have changed our hosanna to Crucify. It is finished Jesus knew we were all going to be saved, and he could not teach us any more, and he gave up his spirit.

⁴⁴ It was now about noon, and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, ⁴⁵ for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. ⁴⁶Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.”When he had said this, he breathed his last.

 ⁴⁷ The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, “Surely this was a righteous man.”
